Local Installation Information Sheet - Navy CYP

The Local Installation Information Sheet is a template for CYP Directors to use as a supplement to the CYP Parent Handbook for installation- and program-specific information. As a fillable Word form document, programs simply enter their information, as appropriate, in the highlighted spaces. NOTE: All fillable documents must be saved as a different file name using the "SAVE AS" function. **September 2019 Update: Added section for CYP Hours.** If you wish to copy and paste text into this form from another document, follow these steps: 1.) Copy the information in the original document. 2.) Right click on the appropriate field in the Local Installation Information sheet. 3.) Select the Paste option for "Merge Formatting." This will match the copied and pasted text to the rest of the text in the document.
