Inspection Criteria Child and Youth Programs (CYP) - CY24

Annual unannounced inspections are required at all Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) operated on any Navy installation or jurisdiction by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) CYP Higher Headquarters. This is the Inspection Criteria Checklist that will be used during the CY24 inspection cycle for CYP, effective 1 January 2024. All personnel responsible for CYP operations are required to be aware of the criteria and ensure they are met. January 2023 Update: Added expanded criteria.
