Installation Unauthorized Care Plan Confirmation of Review and Approval

All Navy installations must have a current and executable plan in place for managing reports of unauthorized childcare if they have government owned or leased housing (PPV). The plan must be specific to the resources at the specific installation and signed by the Commanding Officer. For inspection purposes, this plan must be reviewed and approved by CYP leadership to confirm that CYPΓÇÖs role is defined and CYP personnel know how to respond if unauthorized care is reported. Both this approval letter and the corresponding Installation Unauthorized Care Plan must be uploaded in the IMS prior to each inspection cycle or after an update is made to the plan.
