FCC Office Comprehensive Inspection CNICCYP 1700/13A

The purpose of this inspection is to ensure FCC Programs are maintaining appropriate Provider files. An Family Child Care (FCC) Homes Office Comprehensive Inspection must be conducted annually by the Health/Sanitation proponent, if there is an active FCC program at the installation. FCC Directors or Directors with oversight will coordinate this inspection with the Proponent. The components on this checklist meet the requirements for the FCC Office portion of your Fire, Safety, and H/S Annual Inspections. The date of this inspection will be used to update the dates in the IMS for all three of the FCC program comprehensive inspections listed. There is no change in the home inspection process.
