All CYPs are required to generate CYMS Medical Issues reports for children and youth with identified needs. CYMS Medical Issues reports provide critical, easily accessible information about the identified needs of children so that employees can respond quickly and calmly in case of a child's health emergency. These CYMS-generated reports present child-specific information regarding medical conditions, medication needs, special basic care needs, food allergies, and/or food intolerances that require food substitutions. The CYMS Identified Needs Reporting User Guide contains step-by-step instructions (including screen shots) on how to generate CYMS Medical Issues reports.
