Navy Child and Youth Programs are required to establish administrative procedures, record keeping,and file maintenance systems to ensure information is organized, accurate, and readily accessible. The Navy CYP Enrollment and Record Keeping Standards provide CYP professionals with specific information and guidance regarding requirements for record keeping and file maintenance for enrolled children and CYP professionals. **Please note!** The deadline for implementation for updated immunization requirements mentioned in the webinar is incorrect. The new date is February 8, 2018.
