Each year, DoD sets fee ranges for the entire military system of care. Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) issues a Navy Fee Policy Letter each fall that provides details on the full range of fees for Navy CYPs worldwide.
Programs should notify families no later than October 31,2023 in order to meet the 60 day parent notification requirement. Parent Fees are required to be implemented on January 1,2024 for all programs.
